(8-17-26) Weeding — Week of August 17th-22nd

Kneeling, bending, and pulling at your own pace — work standing or on your knees, whatever your body likes. Kneeling pads provided.

The most meditative job on the farm — and yes, rage weeding is not only allowed, it's encouraged. Summer weeds grow like they're getting paid, and every one we pull is water, nutrients, and breathing room going back to the flowers instead. You'll be clearing beds and pathways, and honestly? There is no more satisfying before-and-after on this entire farm.

Work this 1-hour shift and leave with a standard wrapped bouquet or jar ($20 value), handed to you same-day at the end of your hour. Plus a Flower Club t-shirt is waiting for you (new work-trade participants only)!

• Closed-toe shoes and clothes that can get dirty — we provide tools, gloves, kneeling pads, and cold water
• August sun is no joke — bring a hat and sunscreen, and the morning slots are the cooler ones
• For adults and kids 12+ working alongside a parent
• Weather permitting — if we cancel, everyone signed up gets an email and first pick of the makeup date
