Compost is coming, new beds are going in, and next season's earliest blooms get planted this fall — which means the first Flower Club shifts are almost here. Drop your email and preferences below. You'll get first pick of dates before we announce them anywhere else.

The Trade: Fresh Flowers, Fresh Air & Community

Every one-hour shift earns you a standard wrapped bouquet or jar ($20 value) — the same rate we'd pay for an hour of farm help.

It's a straight, honest trade: your time for our flowers. And it's same-day.

Your bouquet will be waiting for you at the end of your shift. No punch cards, no credits, no coming back later to redeem.

How It Works

  • Pick Your Shift

    Browse the Work-Trade Calendar, below. Every shift lists the date, time, the task we're tackling, and how many spots are open. Choose what you're able to do and when you're free — no need to coordinate with anyone else.

  • Get Your Hands Dirty

    Show up in clothes you don't mind getting dirty. We'll have tools, gloves, water, and a task with your name on it. No experience needed — we'll show you everything. We will also have flower club t-shirts available for you as well!

  • Leave with Flowers

    When your hour is up, your wrapped bouquet or jar is waiting. That's it. Come back whenever the calendar and your schedule line up again. We appreciate you so much and look forward to building a stronger community together.

The Work: Roll Your Sleeves Up, Enjoy the Farm & Grow Together

Every shift is labeled with its task, so you always know what you're signing up for:

Weeding: the most meditative job on the farm, we promise (hello rage weeding)

Transplanting: tucking seedlings into their forever beds (methodical & soothing)

Seed Starting: starting seeds in trays & soil blocks (the exciting, tiny beginnings)

Compost Spreading: building the soil that grows healthy blooms (the foundation)

Wood Chip Spreading: pathways and mulch, the unglamorous (but important) backbone of it all

The Calendar Changes with the Season

Late summer is cool-flower seed starting. Early fall is bed prep and transplanting for next year's earliest blooms. Early Spring is prep for the new season ahead. When you work a trade shift, you're quite literally growing next season with us.

The Exchange: Our Promise & Yours

The Flower Club is a lot of fun, but it's a real exchange — your time and effort for our flowers, our tools, and everything we've learned growing them.

Our promise to you: A well-organized hour with everything you need — tools, gloves, water, clear instruction, and honest answers to every flower question you bring. And a beautiful bouquet in your hands before you leave.

Your promise to us: Show up on time, give the task your genuine effort, and treat the plants and beds with care. They're next season's flowers in the making and this farm is our home.

If a task turns out not to be the right fit for you, no worries at all — we'll simply find you one that is. There's a job for every kind of helper here.

FAQs: A Few Things People Ask

Do I need any experience?

None at all. Every task is beginner-friendly and we work alongside you.

What should I wear?

Closed-toe shoes and clothes that can get dirty. We provide tools, gloves, and cold water. Also, we will have a flower club t-shirt for you!

What if it rains?

Shifts are weather permitting. If we need to cancel, we'll email everyone signed up for that shift as early as we can, and you'll have first pick of the rescheduled date.

Can I bring my kids?

The Flower Club is for adults and kids 12+ working alongside a parent. Everyone signing up should be physically able to handle the tasks listed for that shift — check the effort level on each shift before booking.

How many shifts can I sign up for?

As many as you'd like. One bouquet per one-hour shift, handed to you same-day.

Is there a cost to join?

Nope! The Flower Club is free.

(And if you remember the original Flower Club from 2025: yes, that version had dues. We rebuilt it around what people actually kept asking us for, a chance to get their hands dirty and flowers to show for it.)
