The Bloom Bar is a fully styled, self-serve DIY bouquet station we set up right at your venue. Guests choose their own stems from curated buckets of seasonal flowers — focal blooms, fillers, and greenery — then wrap them up to take home as a one-of-a-kind party favor.
We handle everything: setup, styling, and takedown. You just show up and enjoy the moment.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend at least 8-10 weeks in advance — we lock in your flowers 30 days before your event when the remaining balance is due. Summer weekends fill up fast!
What is the price for the Bloom Bar experience?
Our full Bloom Bar experience starts at $25 per guest with a 20-guest minimum. Pricing varies based on guest count, add-ons, and travel distance. Reach out for a custom quote!
Do you travel to venues?
Yes! Setup and takedown is included within a 10-mile radius of Franklinville, NJ. Travel beyond that is available by quote — just mention your venue when you reach out.
Can I choose a color palette?
Absolutely. We’ll talk through what appeals to you and build a palette around what’s in season on the farm at your event date. We’ll always be upfront about what’s growing so there are no surprises.
What’s included in the setup?
Everything — buckets, table, tablecloth, wraps, ribbon, signage, and floral snips. You don’t need to source a thing.
Do you do wedding and larger event florals too?
Yes! The Bloom Bar is a great addition to a wedding cocktail hour, but we also offer wedding and event florals more broadly. Contact us to talk through your full vision.

Ready to Book?
To reserve your date, a 50% deposit is due at booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your event — which is also when we lock in your flowers, so timing matters!
We recommend reaching out at least 8-10 weeks before your event to check availability and discuss your bloom palette. Summer and fall weekends book quickly, especially June through October.
We serve South Jersey and the surrounding region. Travel beyond 10 miles from Franklinville is available by quote — just ask!
