How to Use the Gua Sha
Apply a small amount of Stillflower to clean skin. Hold the gua sha at a 15-degree angle and glide gently upward and outward along the jawline, cheeks, and forehead. Use light pressure. 3–5 strokes per area, 2–3 times per week.
